Rebel Wilson reminded herself that she is "amazing."

Rebel Wilson has lost 66 pounds (about five stone) on her weight reduction journey and has encouraged herself to keep going since she is “smart.”

After declaring 2020 to be her “year of health,” the Pitch Perfect star, 41, took to Instagram over the weekend to encourage herself to keep up her present lifestyle.

Rebel looks amazing, but after hitting her ideal weight in November, she appears to be pushing herself even harder.

“I know it’s hard right now, I know you’re trying to deal with stuff – but let’s keep getting up every day and CRUSH IT – work out, hydrate, fuel your body with quality food – I know it’s hard right now, I know you’re trying to deal with stuff – but let’s keep getting up every day and CRUSH IT – work out, hydrate, fuel your body with quality food – Demonstrate your sharp mind and generous heart.

Rebel continued, ” “Keep the vision in mind. I adore you.”

The Hollywood beauty has been flaunting her freshly slimmed-down form to the globe in recent weeks.

“Now that I know I can do it, I sometimes feel regretful that I didn’t do it sooner,” Rebel remarked in an interview with InStyle.

“Perhaps I should have tried when I was 30 rather than 40. However, each person’s journey is unique, and it is not a race or a competition.”
Going to the gym more frequently and “avoiding sugar and junk food” were two of her strategies for bettering her health.

This month, the TV actress made a comeback to the world of acting and flaunted her shrinking physique.
