HONG KONG : Hong Kong police have indicted 47 pro-democracy activists under the National Security Act.
They are accused of trying to undermine power. Democrats will be arraigned in court today.
More than 50 activists in Hong Kong were ordered yesterday to report to police stations.
They were arrested during a large-scale raid last month following the passage of the controversial National Security Act in June last year.
In July last year, he was accused of attempting to hold illegal elections to the Hong Kong Legislative Assembly.
