Israel leads in corona vaccination

Israel has vaccinated more than a million corona viruses, making them world leaders in vaccination.

More than 800,000 of Israel’s population of about 9 million have received COVID-19 vaccination shots. The country aims to vaccinate 25% of Israelis by the end of January.

Israel launched its Corona injection program on December 19 and said it had pre-ordered the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Vaccination is preferred for adults over 60 years of age.

Thus, 12 out of every 100 people in Israel are vaccinated, compared to 3.5 in Bahrain and 1.5 in the United Kingdom.

The United States had planned to administer 20 million corona vaccines by December 30, but was able to deliver only 2.7.7 million vaccines at that time.

“Israel is the world champion in vaccines,” “Maybe we will be the first country in the world to emerge from this coronavirus.” Israel PM Netanyahu said.
