Interim injunction by Court of Appeal against order of Joe Biden

In private companies, the U.S. Court of Appeals has imposed an interim injunction on the president’s order that all employees be vaccinated.

President Joe Biden has ordered workers working in private companies with more than 100 employees to be fully vaccinated and tested weekly.

The petition was filed by private companies and religious groups in five states, including Republican-ruled Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah, against the president’s order.

The Court of Appeal directed the administration of President Joe Biden to explain that the order, which will take effect next January, is constitutionally problematic in the United States.
