UNITED KINGDOM : The funeral of Philip, husband of Queen Elizabeth of Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth, will be held at St. George’s Church in Windsor Castle on Saturday, April 17, at 3 p.m., British time.
For Prince Philip’s request to have a lavishly simple funeral, the ethnic funeral will be a ceremony, not a state event.
Also, the coffin containing his body will not be placed in public for all to see. Instead, the body of Prince Philip will be kept in a separate church in Castle, Windsor, until he is cremated.
The royal family has asked the public to donate to charity work in memory of Komagan, instead of placing bouquets.
In addition, for the convenience of the public to express condolences, a website has been launched to post condolences on the Royal Family website.
For the final event, the details of who has been invited or who will be attending the final event have not yet been announced.Leave a comment
