JAPAN : Japan prepares to launch world’s first wooden satellite Filling the space with satellite debris is becoming a big problem and Japan is planning to build a wooden satellite as a solution to this problem.
Many of the satellites currently in use are now attracting the attention of many, including scientists, as they leave harmful debris in the air as they fall back into the Earth’s atmosphere and burn up.
The risk of some of the debris left by these satellites falling to Earth is also increasing.
However, researchers point out that this type of problem does not arise when wooden satellites collide with the atmosphere and are completely destroyed.
The research is being carried out jointly by the University of Kyoto, Japan and Sumitomo Forestry.
Research has already begun on the types of wood that can be used for this purpose.
This amazing satellite is expected to be launched in the year 2023.Leave a comment
